IBM is seeking a Senior User Experience Architect!

In this role you will:
  • Turn ideas into engaging and intuitively usable interactive experiences for digital products and services.
  • Engaging with client stakeholders, customers, and technology teams to ideate and define future digital experiences.
  • Contribute ideas and deep insights through knowledge of human behavior, usability, engaging experiences, and design systems.
  • Work in a highly agile and iterative environment translating business concepts into real-life scenarios which can include journeys, screen flows and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Visualize ideas, from high-level mapping to detailed, annotated wireframes and collaborating with extended teams to turn ideas into fully functional systems.
  • Support sales leadership and serve in a Go-To Market role – co-developing, communicating, and marketing IBM’s iX Customer Engagement and Design User Experience offerings
  • Provide experience design related content and estimates for IBM responses to proposals and contracts.
