As a Sr Technical Support Engineer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • using strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to resolve highly complex software design issues
  • determining the root cause of problems or defects in an application and offer solutions for correction.
  • debugging code and fixing complex problems is required.
  • responding to Tier 3 Problem tickets by performing root cause analysis
  • communicating and collaborating with end users, team members, and client regarding issues and solutions
  • updating appropriate documentation to reflect changes
  • participating in meetings, calls, etc as necessary

Relocation to the Rocket Center, West Virginia office (near LaVale, MD). United States Citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is a requirement.
