Bluewolf, an IBM Company, the leader in creating memorable customer and employee experiences on Salesforce, is looking for a driven individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment. As part of the Bluewolf Marketing team, you will be work closely with the campaign marketing team to create social media and editorial strategies that help to contribute to the companies KPIs. Candidates must have a passion for learning about digital marketing, a love for quality content, and, the ability to identify opportunities to grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Social Media
    • Assist with streamlining company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Socedo) ensuring uniform content and tone of voice.
    • Aid in the creation of landing pages and Salesforce Campaigns that drive traffic from social to gain a deep understanding of full campaign strategies
    • Engage and monitor networks and provide recommendations to hit KPIs
    • Use our internal Employee Advocacy program to elevate our presence on social media channels
    • Work with marketing team to understand campaigns, plays, and events that will need attention on channels
    • Understand the voice of Bluewolf, as well as numerous thought leaders and execute that tone across all channels
    • Use social media analytics tools to report out on key metrics and findings that influenced decisions
  • Paid Social Media
    • Work with Product Marketing and Campaign Managers to source content to use on paid social media programs
    • Align with the Bluewolf brand to create graphics and copy that will get the best ROI
  • Editorial/Bluewolf Now
    • Manage editorial content that aligns with Bluewolf’s goals and SEO strategy
    • Work with Subject Matter Experts to curate content for the blog and grow our blogging base
    • Promote blogs both internally and externally
    • Conduct interviews as a channel for content
    • Edit blog posts and use our CMS tool to add all posts to the website
    • Work with partners on guest blogging opportunities
    • Report out on applicable metrics to make data-driven decisions
