Baton Rouge Client Innovation Center is actively recruiting for a Cognos Developer who will be responsible for the following:
  • Participate in full development lifecycle within Cognos reporting framework from developing business requirements to QA and production deployment.
  • Participate in Requirements gathering, design sessions during design, co-development efforts during development, coordination with QA/UAT during testing and acceptance phase.
  • Collaborate with outside team members and management to produce deliverables by gathering information and understanding the business needs and objectives.
  • Assist with ETL processes, dimensional modeling, OLAP cube development, etc.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Data Warehouse ETL processes and Business Intelligence reporting tools

The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our BATON ROUGE center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in LOUISIANA. The work location is 100 North Street Baton Rouge, LA 70802. This is not a work from home position.
