The SAP Technical Lead is responsible for the following:
  • Responsible for the development, enhancements, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of OTC and ABAP related customization in Equipment Master records of Contracts and Sales orders in SAP applications for supporting Pitney Bowes’s fast changing business processes.
  • Provide solution to business and design technical architecture with third party systems ( Rapport, Purchase Power, Vertex, SFDC, ) with Middleware Integration
  • Provide solution in TSYS card authorization process to support enrichment call for creating Business Partners as a part of integrating the US-CANADA business of Pitney Bowes
  • Assist business in analyzing and design of SPECTRUM and VERIMOVE, third party tools used in address validation of business partners.
  • Support the critical WEBXTENDER application process in Pitney Bowes to manage, edit, view and maintain the legal contracts in a customized document management system.
  • Utilize domain and business process knowledge of Cost, Price, Quotation (CPQ) system to integrate in SAP and lead a team in analyzing new requirements, change request, impact analysis and provide estimation, as required.
  • Assist in creating formal test cases and test procedures using standard & customized templates and procedures to ensure fully tested business systems resulting in high quality systems implementations in PB’s SAP Tower.
  • Responsible for tracking of all integration/system set-up issues and resolving support incidents ( including outages with resolution time < 2 hours)
  • Single point of contact for testing the SAP/ DOC1/Engage 1 Vault interfaces with recipients to map the invoices in downstream applications.
  • Use effective communication skills with internal / external customers to detect an underlying complex IT issue when presented with information specific to PB line of business
  • Understand and analyze potential system impact of implementing standard SAP notes pertaining to complex functional processes in Pitney Bowes Landscape to ensure any existing business solution is not impacted by new solutions.
