Sales Enablement Manager:
  • Responsible for both onboarding and ongoing training of sales professionals including Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
  • Drive and iterate as needed, a comprehensive onboarding program for all new sales hires to accelerate their time to full productivity
  • Identify skill gaps at all levels of the sales organization and partner with key leaders and subject matter experts to assess developmental needs to drive priority learning initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement curriculum for specific audiences, and define and track measures of success
  • Develop learning experiences using all types of learning approaches for sales skills and Resilient specific product knowledge
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of learning programs
  • Develop ad hoc curriculum relevant to critical business initiatives as needed
  • Promote a self-serve/Train-the-Trainer mentality and shared accountability for learning programs, leveraging internal colleagues as needed
  • Be a role model and representative of the Resilient culture both internally and externally
