The IBM Interactive Experience (IBMiX) Digital Platforms team develops complete mobile solutions for our customers.The IBMiX's Digital Platform team is a global leader in providing clients with mobile application development and system integration related services and support capabilities.

The Digital Platforms team designs and develops mobile solutions for a variety of device platforms including: iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile.

This position is for the IBMiX Digital Platforms team based in Downtown Toronto.Our team is looking for a Project Manager with a demonstrated background in mobile solutions and who excels at leading project teams to deliver our best-of-breed solutions to clients.

As an IBM Project Manager (PM) the candidate will enjoy the diverse challenges, clients, work environments and schedules that come with delivering innovative projects, on-time and on-budget.Skills for this position require applicants who are equally adept at people and business management. Besides the knowledge of methods to initialize, plan, execute, control and monitor a project, IBM PMs use skills and leadership competencies for team building, client relations, negotiation, decision making, problem solving and conflict management. Ensuring scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, you'll apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management. IBM project managers are on the frontlines every day; partnering with clients to help shape their projects every step of the way.

• Manage Agile Program with 5-12 squads by aligning teams to work towards a common goal
• Facilitate launch of new Program Increments, Lead PI planning and execution
• Train Executives, Leaders, Managers and Teams on SAFe
• Create and update the Implementation plans and metrics
• Track and communicate program progress/status
• Identify risks and escalate them through the appropriate channels
• Clear blockers for the team to progress on an ongoing basis
• Contribute ideas and best practices across the team
• Identify, scope, and estimate change requests and additional opportunities with clients
• Lead IBM Governance activities and related communication
