Job Description

This role will oversee all social ecosystem operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a lean social architecture by managing the existing monitoring process and developing new ways to improve it. This includes outreach to teams for account closures and questions, maintaining and updating processes and procedures. The role will partner with our developer and third party vendors to maintain the health of our systems and tools. This role will report directly to the Strategy team lead.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring for and managing unapproved account openings
- Audit all social media tools and identify areas for consolidation, improvement, and cost savings
- Managing the account closing process and communications
- Reviewing/responding to new account opening requests.
- Oversee and manage quarterly audit requirements by partnering with different parts of the team and developing responses accordingly.
- Working with team leadership to optimize workflow and maintain proprieties.
- Partner with management on overall workflow, areas of opportunity, needs and improvement
- Develops and maintains trusted relationships across global social leadership ecosystem
