IBM Security is looking to hire a MaaS360 and Cloud Identity Sales Specialist in the Commercial Market. The ideal candidate has a background in Software as a Service sales. Qualified candidates have also demonstrated skills in generating business within mid-market and enterprise organizations and have a proven record of achieving aggressive sales targets.

The position is based in Philadelphia, or Blue Bell, PA.

The MaaS360 and Cloud Identity Sales Specialist is responsible for full cycle sales, from generating opportunities all the way to closing business. In addition to prospecting activities, you will be required to build and maintain relationships internally with IBM portfolio sellers, and externally with business partners in the effort to penetrate large commercial firms and drive revenue for MaaS360 and Cloud Identity in the Public Market.

Additional responsibilities include
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline via Salesforce CRM
  • Develop corporate leads and self-generated opportunities; validate, qualify, and prioritize opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of IBM solution expertise and competitive knowledge
  • Provide compelling product demonstrations emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders.
  • Develop internal relationships with all functional areas within IBM including Business Partners
  • Work with other sellers and cross functional teams as needed to create an effective solution for the client
Key Attributes
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, and/or state and local government sales
  • Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline
  • Ability to interface within a multi-brand sales organization including brand sellers, portfolio sellers, and business partners
  • Demonstrated communication skills, a positive attitude, a team player, and the ability to achieve set targets
  • Ability to navigate decision making processes within commercial and enterprise accounts
