The IBM Video production Coordinator will
  • Plan and schedule video shoots for a small team on a global scale
  • Create and manage monthly production schedules across all video content.
  • Update production calendar / timelines daily as new information and shoot needs develop.
  • Assist in finding shoot locations, negotiate cost and ensure location agreements get executed.
  • Identify, book and manage crew for all productions.
  • Responsible for negotiating rates, hiring/onboarding new crew as needed.
  • Ensure freelance hires understand their responsibilities for each shoot.
  • Provide excellent logistic support to so producers and directors can focus on award winning creative content.
  • Work with producers on creating shoot schedules.
  • Coordinate talent logistics and communicate to talent team.
  • Make sure set needs are properly communicated and carried out.

This role is located in IBM offices in New York City.

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.
