We are looking for a creative storyteller to be our next Content Marketing Manager to help bring our story to market in a way that matters to our audience. We know data is important, which is why getting our story out there is too.

What you’ll be doing…

• Define what makes IBM Analytics different: Develop and define the narrative, messaging, and corresponding content that differentiates IBM Analytics in the market.
• Be strategic: Lead the development of content strategy for campaigns and content experiences.
• Be creative: Plan, create, and write content ranging from video scripts to whitepapers, from blogs to web copy that effectively communicate our message and compel a user to take action.
• Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate: Work closely with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Offering Management, Sales, Services, Analyst Relations, Communications, and Executive Management teams to understand the capabilities and differentiators of IBM’s technology, and develop a deeper understanding of our target buyer and industry dynamics.
• Embrace the data: Data is for everyone. You’ll need to use data to ensure you’re creating impactful content, and be ready and willing to modify your content and content strategy based on data.

Who you are…
• Experienced: 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or other relevant creative writing role.
• Passionate storyteller: You believe it all starts with the story. You have strong storytelling skills that enable you to hone in on what’s important to our buyers and how you can connect with them.
• Creative: Ability to think outside the box and bring your excellent writing skills to communicate technical concepts in a new and compelling way.
• Energetic: Able to thrive in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment where you feel you can get in and make a difference.
• Team player: Knows you can’t do this on your own, and enjoys collaborating with our larger team to be successful.
This role is located in IBM offices in Austin, TX. 

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.
