The Engineer – Technical and Operational Architecture position will support the following objectives:
• Technical and operational architecture management (TOAM)
• Technical Services - Provide the programme with a comprehensive and accurate set of architectural data to support programme governance and requirements management.
• Provide projects with procedures, tools, and guidance to enable consistent and effective use and generation of technical and operational architectural documentation. Quality Management (QM)Management Services.
• Provide measurable evidence that accurate results are delivered that meet stakeholders’ quality expectations across the BI-SC AIS and NGCS programmes and its Projects.
• Contribute to a continuous process of quality improvement.
• Quality feedback will be provided to CP teams, Integrated Programme Steering Group (IPSG), Programme Management Group (PMG) and stored in a programme level repository. Quality reports will be raised for action at the programme level if programme milestones are deemed to be adversely impacted.
• Quality assessment of the PMO’s own activities will be conducted internally every 12 months.
